1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Delivery Timeline: We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 6 to 9 days for your order to be processed, dispatched, and delivered to your doorstep.
- Shipping Charges: Our shipping fees are structured to provide you with the best value:
- 1 Bottle Pack: ₹40 Delivery Charge
- 2 Bottles Pack: ₹20 Delivery Charge
- 3 Bottles Value Pack: FREE Delivery
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for all orders. Please note that an additional charge of ₹40 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped from our facility. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at help@strglobalx.com. (+91) 7891 569 369
- If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit, but you may refuse the delivery or initiate a return upon receipt (subject to our return policy).
3. Return & Refund Policy
- Hygiene & Safety: STR Hair Oil is a personal care product. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the seal has been broken or the product has been used.
- Refund Processing: If a return is approved, the refund will be initiated only after we receive the returned product at our facility and inspect it. Once the inspection is successful, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment (or bank account for COD orders) within 2 to 3 business days.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- We take utmost care in packaging our products securely. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
- Proof Required: To claim a replacement or refund for a damaged or wrong item, you must provide clear photo or video proof (an unboxing video is highly recommended) showing the condition of the parcel and the product inside.
- Please send the proof to our customer support email within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
